The Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology is equipped to take care of cases like D&C, MTP, Hysterectomy, Ovariotomy, Ovarian Cystectomy, Radical Hysterectomy and Ovarian Cancer Surgery. The department is equipped to perform surgical procedures and also procedures like Ovariotomy, Ovary cystectomy, diagnostic laparoscopy and management of Ectopic pregnancy through laparoscopy. Total laparoscopic Hysterectomy (TLH) is also performed by O & G department. The Department is spearheaded by Dr. SalilDutta and ably supported by Dr. Biswajeet Dey and a team of junior doctors.
